What began as a single real estate venture has grown into a family of companies spanning multiple industries, united by a common mission: to build things that matter, for people who matter, in places that matter.

Jared Irby

Founder & CEO

Jared Irby is a Mobile native and serial entrepreneur who has built Irby Group from the ground up. With over 20 years of experience in real estate, Jared has completed 2,500+ transactions spanning acquisitions, dispositions, and property management across six markets. He lives in Coastal Alabama with his wife Kristen and five children. He founded Blueprint Community Homes to address the affordable housing gap and Yellowhammer Hospitality to preserve and activate historic properties.

His vision drives every brand in the Irby Group portfolio. Whether acquiring distressed properties through IrbyBuys, deploying capital through Irby Capital, or innovating brokerage services through PROPTEK, Jared brings the same hands-on approach and commitment to excellence that has defined his career.
